Meet Darline,

Your Perfections Connections Friend

Hi, I’m Darline—a Flaws Coach and the founder of Perfections Connections.

I help people recognize the behaviors, habits, and emotional triggers that quietly sabotage their lives—and give them the tools to break free. Whether it’s fixing your own flaws or learning how to deal with the flaws of others (without losing your mind), I’m here to guide you with truth, heart, and a little humor.

At 72, I’ve lived long enough to understand what really matters—and what happens when we ignore it. I’ve seen how unchecked flaws damage relationships, careers, and confidence. Not just in my own life, but in the lives of people I’ve worked with, loved, and watched struggle unnecessarily.

That’s why I created Perfections Connections. It’s a place where we face our flaws without shame, learn how to grow through them, and build better relationships—starting with the one we have with ourselves.

I believe self-improvement shouldn’t feel like punishment. It should feel like finally giving yourself the tools to stop repeating the same patterns—and the peace that comes with knowing you’re becoming someone you’re proud of.

You don’t need perfection. You just need progress—and someone who gets it.

Let’s grow, flaws and all.

How Our Organization Skills (or Lack Thereof) Shape Our Flawed Behaviors

March 22, 20251 min read

Organization isn't just about tidy spaces or to-do lists—it plays a huge role in how we handle life, relationships, and even our flawed behaviors. When our lives feel chaotic, our flaws tend to amplify. A lack of organization can lead to frustration, procrastination, impulsivity, and even defensiveness when things spiral out of control.

Think about it—when we’re overwhelmed by clutter (physically or mentally), we may become:

  • More Reactive – Stress from disorganization can make us impatient, irritable, or quick to blame others.

  • More Forgetful – Missed deadlines and overlooked responsibilities can make us seem unreliable, feeding into perfectionism or avoidance.

  • More Defensive – When we struggle to stay on top of things, we might justify mistakes instead of taking accountability.

  • More Stuck in Bad Habits – A disorganized routine makes it easier to default to procrastination, avoidance, or excuses.

On the flip side, strong organization skills can help us manage our flaws more effectively. When we create order in our lives, we create space for better habits, clearer thinking, and intentional responses—rather than reacting from stress or overwhelm.

Improving organization doesn’t mean striving for perfection. It means creating systems that support growth, allowing us to handle life’s imperfections with more ease. When we feel in control of our environment, we’re more likely to take control of our behaviors, too.

🚀 What small organizational shift could help you manage your flaws better today?
